The first USF depth chart is out, and Jordan McCloud is the first-team quarterback

As expected, third-year sophomore incumbent Jordan McCloud is the No. 1 quarterback on the inaugural USF football depth chart of 2020. The chart, which can be seen here, was released Thursday morning.
