India’s housing construction value rises to $430 billion in 2025 from $235 billion in 2019: CREDAI-Anarock report

The value of housing projects under construction in India nearly doubled to $430 billion in 2025 from $235 billion in 2019, driven by strong post-pandemic demand, a CREDAI-Anarock report said.
