GIC’s Tokyo property said to draw US$1.4 bil bid by Kenedix — Bloomberg

Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC Pte Ltd has given Japanese developer Kenedix Inc first negotiation rights to purchase office space in central Tokyo, people familiar with the matter said.
