Chinese city bordering Myanmar enters coronavirus ‘wartime mode’ as official impose strict lockdown

Ruili, a city with over 200,000 residents in southwestern Chinese province Yunnan, Monday reported the new COVID-19 infections on Monday. The city has been under lockdown since last night.
