Philippines says it is working with Washington to obtain oil from U.S.-sanctioned countries

The Philippines is working with Washington to ​secure waivers and exemptions that will allow it to obtain oil from U.S.-sanctioned countries and guarantee supplies, its ambassador to the ‌United States said.
