Saudi Arabia approves digital ID to allow foreigners to own property ahead of 2026 law

Saudi Arabia has approved a digital identity system enabling non-Saudi foreigners to acquire real estate, paving the way for the Non-Saudi Real Estate Ownership Law effective January 2026.
